There is help out there. Many home owners found themselves in a financial bind this past year with no end in sight. This could have been caused by many reasons:

The list can go on and on. Well don't feel alone hundreds of thousands of people are walking in YOUR shoes and there are options out there.

The key to having many options is to reach out NOW to someone for help and counseling before you have no options.

Featured Hot Spots for the Week of July 14th - Explore Princeton

Trinity Hall - Princeton New Jersey Greater Mercer County Area - Featured Hot Spots for the week of July 14th, 2008

This is the second of my weekly series of "Featured Hot Spots" I'll be posting. If there is something you'd like to add or would like featured don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Princeton has always been a fond memory to me.   As a child,  my grandmother lived in Princeton and my brother and I spent many a summer day at Gram's house.   Impi Daniels my grandmother "Gram" will be 100 years young this month.   This one is for you Gram, Love ya!!

Princeton was every kids dream, with all the history and charm just walking the streets.      My grandmother actually shared the company of Albert Einstein when she worked at the university as part of the maintenance workers.   One of my favorite stops was always the Princeton Public Library  we would spend hours just reading.

Princeton University Princeton is not just home to an Ivy League school, it is also a historical landmark filled with culture and leisure activities.  You can tour through 18th and 19th-century buildings or wander through Princeton's Battlefield State Park

If  shopping is more your thing, you will be interested in visiting Palmer Square, one of the area's most upscale shopping venues with everything from clothing to specialty foods, home furnishings, and custom stationery.

Princeton is also well known for it's five-star amenities. You can get anything from a hamburger and fries to places like Mediterra and one of my personal favorites favorites The Ferry House.   For some after dinner drinks, you may want to check out Triumph Brew Pub

After a good meal and a nice stroll through this historic town, a great way to end the evening if you're in the mood to laugh you can go to Catch a Rising Star Comedy Club.

Stay tuned for next week's "Hot Spots" and as always for all your real estate needs contact me at  (609) 448-2222 .

Having trouble getting your Buyer's to Buy??.....

Well remind them of something.   Real Estate is on Sale!!!  This is a nationwide sale!!   How great is that.   In some areas, you might even say at more than 50% off….. That’s huge!!

Now as we all know sales don’t go on forever.   As a professional I can say to my client  “This is a deal TODAY… who knows what could happen in the future”.

There are so many unknowns that affect our real estate market all we can do is educate our clients on the facts and the facts alone.   Don’t make predictions or hard line statements you can’t back up.   You only lose your credibility and probably your buyer.

The best thing you can do for buyers in today’s market place is show them the adjustments in the price from the recent past and remind them that the current market value might not be reflected in the list price.

Sometimes it takes making an offer to figure out a seller’s motivation of bottom line.

Sometimes you have too jump off the fence and take a leap of faith.   Think about all those things “you wished” you had done "this or that" if you had only known.

Tell them!!!   Its our job!!

Featured Hot Spots for the week of July 7th, 2008 - Greater Mercer County Area

Greater Mercer County Area  - Featured Hot Spots for the week of July 7th, 2008Mercer County Waterfront Park

This is my first in a weekly series of "Featured Hot Spots" I'll be posting.   If there is something you'd like to add or would like featured don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Mercer County is close to many attractions.  Just a five -minute drive to Mercer County Park and you can enjoy picnics in it's 2,600 plus acres.  Tennis courts are available, as well as bike trails, an ice-skating rink, boating, and lakes.

In addition, feel free to roam the gorgeous Grounds for Sculpture located in neighboring Hamilton, which showcase many sculptures in a variety of styles and form.   Grounds for Sculpture is a hidden gem in the Mercer County area usually only scene by the commuters from Hamilton Train Station.

If that doesn't excite you how about  catch a show at the Trenton War Memorial Theater  offering anything from pop, jazz or stand up comedy.

Or you could also watch the local Trenton Thunder Baseball game at Waterfront Park.   As a season ticket holder for the Trenton Thunder I can personally say there isn't a bad seat in the house.

And after the game if you're just looking for a place to hit the dance floor, try Katmandu;  a club/island-themed restaurant where you will find an eclectic crowd.  With its enormous dance floor and an outside deck with live bands, parties, and DJ music.

Stay tuned for next week's "Hot Spots" and as always for all your real estate needs contact me at (609) 448-2222.

Washington Town Center - Robbinsville New Jersey

Washington Town Center – nestled in Robbinsville, New Jersey has a pure feeling of charm and innocence. A return to a neighborhood-style living with welcoming, time-honored traditions.

As inviting as it is nostalgic, a distinguishing feature of this new community is the big city ambiance that comes into view with its own village square. Just steps from your door, it's where neighbors meet and friends are made while taking in the joys and conveniences of quaint shops and stores.

With beautiful public parks, lakes and open spaces offer fun and relaxation for everyone to enjoy. It's a welcoming, neighborhood picture drawing on the qualities and culture of past. All that our hearts remember, of the carefree, friendly atmosphere of a real hometown.

Washington Town Center is just four miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and even closer to Route 130, making it a commuter's dream. Plus, the area provides easy access to several other major thoroughfares, including I-195, I-295, and Routes 1 and 206. Those who prefer train service will welcome the advantage of two nearby train stations plus a Park and Ride location right on Route 130.

Let me be the first to welcome YOU home.

To schedule a private tour of the community or to receive a current list of available homes in Washington Town Center, please contact us at (609) 448-2222.
