I've recently gone through some very unexpected changes in my team....   which I will have to admit has thrown me for more than a loop. 

In the midst of major changes I am trying to revamp how my team does business and better monitor the leads I give out amongst my team members.

Here's my challenge....   Organization is not my "thing" and the biggest organizer is the employee I had to terminate let go.

Any Active Rain members that have a suggestion on buyer tracking/monitoring.   I would greatly appreciate.   I amongst kayos and really need to restructure ASAP.  I am not looking for a babysitting system, as I have great confidence in my team.  

I am looking for a form to assist my buyer agents to fill out and use to document their contact with the buyers.    Something we can review together and see what works and what doesn't
